The historic Apart is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of Erlangen´s Röthelheimpark. You can easily reach the Healthineers TC and other Siemens offices by foot.
The unique brick building is part of a historic barracks ensemble. After extensive restauration the property now accommodates 13 generously sized single apartments (Ø 23 m2) with top modern comfort.

Invoicing is done on the day of arrival please note that BOOK-IT will charge your credit card with the amount for the entire stay on the day of arrival.
