The hotel Das Graseck – my mountain hideaway is situated above Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Via the hotel’s own cable car, you reach the secluded location in the nature reserve of the popular Partnachklamm gorge. Furthermore, the hotel is a great starting point for hiking tours to the Zugspitze, through the Reintal valley or to the viewing platform AlpspiX. Important!!! The hotel is only accessible with a hotel´s funicular (oldest small cabin in the world) daily from 07:00 until to 22:00. There are also hotel shuttle outside the times available, with enough notice time to the hotel.

Arriving by car

Highway Munich-Garmisch, direction Partenkirchen Brennero. At the exit from Partenkirchen, turn right to the Olympic Ski Stadium. Here a private road goes towards Partnachklamm. After about 2km comes right a large car park for Graseck Hotel. Above the car park is the cable car station. Open from 7:00 am to 22.00Uhr. For hotel guests free of charge.
