On the northern banks (3 km), you´ll find the football stadium HDI Arena, the Sprengel Museum, and the Lower Saxony State Museum. The city centre is only about a 10-minute drive away.

Not all Services are available due to the pandemic. Please note that that the Spa are is textile-free For children is the Kids-Pool and the Sports-Pool available anytime except during courses. Together with your children you can use the Spa-pool and the sauna at following times: Wednesday 1pm-7pm Saturday 9am-1pm Please note that there are limited opening hours for the Spa and Sport area during holidays (especially Christmas, New Years Eve and 1st January). Arriving by car

From the highway A7: Exit Hannover Anderten, Südschnellweg (B65) exit Maschsee / HDI-Arena, right to the Rudolf-of-Bennigsen- Ufer, you will find the Aspria on the left side. From the highway A2: Take the exit Hannover-Ost, Messeschnellweg, switch to B65 / Südschnellweg, exit Maschsee / HDI-Arena, right to the Rudolf von Bennigsen-Ufer, you will find the Aspria on the left side.

from main station by tram ( line 1,2 and 8) to exit Döhrener Turm, follow the Riepestrasse
