The hotel is located in Hannoversch Münden, in a unique historic location in the historic centre, right at the confluence of the rivers Werra and Fulda in the former economic centre of city and is easily accessible by train, car or bicycle.
The elegant 4-star hotel Alter Packhof is decorated in a comfortable country house style. The hotel is a former warehouse from 1837 and the equipment of all rooms is reminiscent of that time. The in-house restaurant and bar offers the appropriate delicacies with regional influences for festivities of all kinds.
due to renovation work on the road in front of our house (Bremer Schlagd) and the seawall, our hotel will probably not be directly accessible until February 2024.
Due to the renovation work, all resident parking spaces in front of our house will be eliminated.
Parking is available at the public and free parking lot Tanzwerder or the paid parking lot Blume opposite the old Werra bridge, on federal highway B80.

Arriving by car
Coming from the North on the Autobahn A7 take exit 75 to Hedemünden. Then follow the B80 toward Hann. Münden. When you get off the B80, turn left onto the Neue Werrabrücke, go past the train, follow the streets Am Feuerteich and Fuldabrückstraße and turn into the Kasseler Schlagd just before you come to Pionierbrücke. This street will become the Bremer Schlagd, and there you will see the Hotel.
Arriving by public transportation
By Train Take the ICE (Intercity-Express) to Göttingen or Kassel and catch a local train from there to Hann. Münden.
