At the country inn in Eugendorf you stay in the countryside with easy access to Salzburg (15 minutes´ drive). Around the hotel, there are many excursion and leisure facilities such as hiking or biking or relaxing walks through the beautiful nature. Several golf courses are located nearby (within 8 to 35 km); you are only 5 minutes´ drive from the two courses Champion Course Eugendorf and Römergolf I and II.
At the Holznerwirt stay in brightly furnished rooms and apartments with larch wood floors, solid wood furniture and lovely details. Look forward to local specialties and wines in the cosy parlours, a nice spot in the tranquil garden with chestnut trees, and soothing relaxation in the pool with sunbathing area, and in the saunas and steam baths.
In our pleasant restaurants we serve you regional and international specialities and wines from our well stocked wine cellar. The magnificent chestnut trees and beer garden offer you a unique flair.
Our restaurant is closed on sunday evening and monday, the opening hours are 7.00 am. to 11.00 pm.
Our restaurant will be closed from March 9th to March 16th, 2020 due to renovations work and will be closed from July 6th to 12th, 2020. During this time we offer our guests an extended breakfast from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
We also offer a 800m2 Spa Area.
For the duration of your stay we offer a wellness bag including bathrobe, slippers and sauna towel.
The slippers are a gift for you as memory of your stay with us.

From the highway (A1 Westautobahn) 1.Take exit 281-Wallersee/Eugendorf 2.At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Salzburger Str. 3.At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Salzburger Str./Wr. Str./B1 4.At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Kirchenstr. 5.The hotel Holznerwirt is located on the right, in front of the church.
Arriving by public transportation
From the bus terminal at Salzburg main railway station: Take a bus with number 130,131,140 or 141. Exit the bus at bus stop „Eugendorf Kirchenstraße Apotheke.“ Walk along the Kirchenstraße direction Eugendorf centre. The hotel Holznerwirt is located on the right, in front of the church.
