From Cologne - E40 in the direction of Brussels - Centre - at the end of the motorway follow the rue de la loi - Rue de Colonies - turn right into 2nd street (Rue de la Chancelerie) - turn left in front of the cathedral and after that turn left into the fourth street (D.L.
