Come and stay in a historic 15th century building which has been completely renovated. Our restaurants invite you to enjoy gourmet meals 7 days a week — We enjoy catering to your every need!
We also provide a suitable setting for your wedding and for celebrations for between 10 and 180 people.

Hotel Weisses Ross is the Allgäu region’s only certified 4-star hotel that runs solely on solar power.

All of our kitchen’s produce is sourced from less than 30km away. Our pork, beef and veal comes from local farms that care for their livestock and our freshwater fish is raised in the Iller Valley and is fed only GMO-free products. Our turkey and chicken are free-range and free of antibiotics.

As a result, we have received the Bavarian state government’s environmental award (Bayerischer Umweltpreis).

And we are proud to be the only hotel in Memmingen to be recommended by Marco Polo Travel.

You have come to the right place. In our well-equipped rooms you will find peace and relaxation. You can choose from rooms with their original 600-year-old wooden structure, or opt for the view over the rooftops of the old town of Memmingen. Whether it is business or pleasure that brings you to Memmingen, you will feel at home with us.

You can park your vehicle free of charge in our hotel car park (Kalchstrasse 31) or in the Krautstrasse multi-storey car park (100 m away)

Our comfortable rooms are equipped with spacious, modern bathrooms, telephone, cable TV, flat screen and free Wi-Fi.
For a surcharge of 6 € we provide our guests with a sumptuous breakfast buffet.

Food & Beverages

Good food and drink at the Weisses Ross…

As we say in Allgäu, “Food and drink keep the body and soul together.” We offer Swabian-Bavarian specialties and fine international cuisine. When the weather is nice, we serve meals on our terrace. When the weather is colder, we cater to your every need in our rustic pub or in the elegant “Rossmarin” restaurant.

With the exception of the seasonal menu, we obtain all pork, beef and veal required for the à la carte menu from organic sources from the Iller Valley region (Kloos butchers, Tannheim). Trout, char and salmon trout is likewise reared without any genetically modified fish food in the Iller Valley region (Link fish farm, Heimertingen) Turkey and chicken are from free-range sources where antibiotics are not used as a precautionary measure (Kröswang, Westerheim).

Whether it is a conference, a meeting or a festivity that you are planning, the function rooms in the Hotel Weisses Ross will ensure the perfect setting for your needs.
Eight multifunctional rooms, with free Wi-Fi and natural daylight will make your conference a success. The rooms – equipped with state-of-the-art technology – are all on one level with a separate entrance and provide the ideal way to discretely hold a celebration or a conference on a large scale.


Conference participants can park their cars free of charge in the hotel car park (Kalchstrasse 31) or in the multi-storey car park in Krautstrasse (100 m away).

Our conference rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Projectors and darkening facilities are also available, as are pinboards, flipcharts, presentation equipment and a powerful ventilation system.
