The name of the restaurant taku comes from Japanese and means House of hospitality.
The taku, awarded with one Michelin star, is the first address for authentic East Asian delights. The motivated team creates innovative French cuisine with local influences, whose finesse is famous far beyond the city border.
During the day, the team of the Piano Bar offers coffee and tea specialties as well as pâtisserie and cakes. In the evening the charming bar team will mix excellent cocktail classics and own creations. A harmonic ambience and the stylish design of the lobby lounge accompany the traditional Excelsior Hotel Ernst Afternoon Tea.
