All of our 5 modern conference rooms dispose of air conditioning and the newest and latest technology. These rooms are spacious and can be used for various purposes for up to 150 guests. The entire surface (300sqm) can be divided up or combined in different ways, depending on your individual needs and wishes. We would like to create the best work environment possible for your successful meeting.

Right from the start, we would like to help you plan your event. Our experienced event planner will make sure that you have a reliable and helpful contact person at all times.

Safety is our top priority
 
NH Hotel Group and KFP have already introduced a comprehensive safety and hygiene concept - with “MeetSAFE“ and “Feel Safe at NH“, we ensure that hybrid meetings in our hotels can be implemented safely, individually and professionally, so that event guests feel completely safe and comfortable.
  
As people return to in-person meetings, smaller and larger groups could potentially fall into three meeting designs:
 
One-Room-Design: Ideal for a smaller group meeting, engaging distanced attendees within a single room at one venue.

Multi-room/Broadcast Communication-Design: Split large groups into multiple rooms at the same venue, and broadcast to them. Add digital tools for a great meeting and event experience.

Multi-room/Multi-venue, Networked Communication-Design: For events that bring attendees from multiple venues and potentially multiple rooms together. Add the right technology solutions to make to make the experience feel as if everyone is meeting together as one.

All three meeting designs can incorporate a hybrid component, like live streaming for attendees that are not able to make the in-person meeting. This ensures that nobody has to miss out on any part of the event, and of course, this all comes GDPR compliant.
