When accessing conferencehotel.com a certain number of not personally identifiable information (e.g. IP address of your computer) will be collected but not distributed to third parties.

Your personally identifiable information entered by your part while filling in the booking request will be stored in the database of our server and of course exclusively transferred to your selected contracting party (e.g. the hotel). With your consent and by default of an objection respectively, this information is merely used for product-related surveys and marketing purposes as permitted by applicable law.

For processing your booking request we use so-called “cookies”. These encrypted strings of text do not contain any personally identifiable information and can be deleted at any time from your computer.
