The new hotel building, which opened in 2020, is not far from the main train station and the Dortmund concert hall. On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious and openly designed lobby, reception and bar area, there is also a large restaurant with international and regional dishes. In addition, the house has an underground car park with 33 parking spaces, which makes it easy to arrive by car. In the hotel, 5 conference rooms, some of which can be combined, offer enough space for up to 144 people for large events. A boardroom is also available for confidential meetings. The sizes of the function rooms vary from 21 m2 to 141 m2. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with daylight and modern conference technology and some have direct access to the conference terrace.
