With its award-winning architecture, the Neckar Forum attracts attention even from afar, and inside the Esslingen Culture and Congress Center you can expect a state-of-the-art setting that provides the perfect setting for private or business events. The venue is located at the edge of the beautiful old town and is directly connected to the 4-star Hotel Park Consul Stuttgart/Esslingen am Neckar. The building contains an underground car park with 200 parking spaces.
The versatile event center has large glass surfaces through which a lot of daylight flows. The stylish foyer therefore offers a light-flooded event area for up to 950 people at a reception or an exhibition.
The heart of the venue is the Great Hall, in which celebrations, concerts or business events with up to 1,200 people can be held. The 9-meter-high hall can be extended to accommodate up to 1,600 guests. There are also eight conference rooms.
The attractive terraces and outdoor areas are often used for relaxed breaks and get-togethers in good weather.
In the Neckar Forum you can choose from three first-class catering providers. The congress gastronomy - Rauschenberger Catering & Restaurants GmbH & Co.KG, Partyservice Wengert GmbH and Schmücker Gastro & Catering GmbH will take care of the perfect culinary accompaniment for your event.

The eight conference rooms measure between 60 and 80 m². Depending on the seating arrangement, you can hold small training sessions and meetings with 10 people or concentrated conferences with up to 60 participants.
