Diehls Hotel is located on the banks of the River Rhine in Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein and is the very first house in the newly designated World Cultural Heritage Site “Middle Rhine Valley”.
Directly opposite lies the famous “Deutsches Eck” (or “German Corner”) where the rivers Rhine and Moselle meet, the basilica St Kastor, the Palace of Koblenz, the beautifully restored Old Town and the departure piers of various sightseeing ships. All of these are just across the Rhine from the hotel.
There are at present 67 guest rooms (10 singles, 55 doubes and 2 suites), the Restaurant “esszimmer“, the bar at the esszimmer, a balcony overlooking the Rhine, several banquet and seminar rooms, a small pool, a sauna with a view.
Apart from the conference centre “Ehrenbreitstein” we offer a further 3 seminar rooms (10-180 persons) and 6 group rooms for your needs. Five of them enjoy the magnificent river view and all are, of course, equipped with modern technology. The landscaped banks of the River Rhine provide an ideal location for your breaks from conference activities.
The reception area and hotel lobby are accessible without negotiating any steps.

Koblenz’ main railway station has hourly connections with Köln (Cologne) and Frankfurt and Many long distance trains Montabaur Station (20 km away)provides access to the new high speed line connecting it to Brussels, Paris and London
by plane
The international airports of Frankfurt /Main (FRA), Cologne (CGN) and Frankfurt/Hahn (HHN) are all less than 100 km away from Koblenz. All provide direct, regular and quick connections to the center of Koblenz. On request we can also arrange for a pick up (for a small charge) The regional airport Koblenz/Winningen is only 10 km away.
