The Upstalsboom Parkhotel is located centrally in Emden and only ten minutes walking distance away from downtown. You can reach the fire ship by foot in approx. five minutes. Close to the hotel is the historic Stadtwall with centuries old trees. The next highway is approx. 1,5 km away, the train station approx. 2,5 km.
Arrival by car
… coming from Aurich / Jever / Wilhelmshaven
Follow B210 towards Emden. The B210 leads into the Auricher Straße. Keep going until the Auricher Straße leads into the Neutorstraße. Now you are downtown. Keep going until Raatsdelft and pass the city hall on the left side and the fire ship on the right. Turn into the Friedrich-Ebert Straße at the next crossing and you will arrive at the Upstalsboom Parkhotel. Parking spaces and an underground garage are available here for you.
… from the East
Take the A 28 towards Leer / Emden, switch to A31 at the interchange going towards Emden. Then take the exit Emden-Ost / Stadtmitte / Häfen. It leads into the Petkumer Straße and drive to the right towards downtown. Drive to the right at the traffic light and into the Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, heading directly for the Upstalsboom Parkhotel. Parking spaces and an underground garage are available here for you.
… from the South
Take the A 31 towards Emden and the exit Emden-Ost / Stadtmitte / Häfen. It leads into the Petkumer Straße and drive to the right towards downtown. Drive to the right at the traffic light and into the Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, heading directly for the Upstalsboom Parkhotel. Parking spaces and an underground garage are available here for you.
Arrival by train
After your arrival at the train station of Emden you can either take a taxi or go by foot. The Upstalsboom Parkhotel can be reached in approx. 20 minutes. Walk on the Abdenastraße and turn left into the Neutorstraße. Keep going until you reach Faldernstraße which leads into the Martin-Faber-Straße. Turn left into Friedrich-Ebert-Straße.
