Location
Situated opposite the Trade Fair and Exhibition Centre "Westfalenhallen", and so only 2 km from the main railway station and the city centre, this hotel is the ideal starting point for exploring the attractions of the city.
Arrival
By car
A 2 coming from Hanover, at the intersection "Dortmund Nordost" take the B 236 towards Dortmund. Once on the B 1, follow signs for Bochum. When you have reached the "Westfalenhallen" turn right (sign posted "WDR/ZVS") and follow the "Gruene Hotelroute" (Green Hotel Route). Then take the immediate left into the Berswordtstrasse.
A 45 coming from Hagen/Frankfurt: Exit "Dortmund-Sued". Via the B 54/Ruhrallee towards the town centre (Zentrum). Once in Dortmund take the B 1 following signs for Bochum. When you have reached the "Westfalenhallen" turn right (signposted "WDR/ZVS") and follow the "Gruene Hotelroute" (Green Hotel Route). Then take the immediate left into the Berswordtstraße.
A 40 coming from Essen/Duesseldorf/Bochum (The A 40 merges with the B 1) take the exit "WDR/ZVS". Then turn right and take the Wittekindstraße towards the city centre (Zentrum). Before the next set of traffic lights turn right into the Lindemannstraße and after about 200 m, turn right into the Berswordtstraße.
A 44 coming from Kassel on the B 1 following signs for Bochum. When you have reached the "Westfalenhallen" turn right (signposted "WDR/ZVS") and follow the "Gruenen Hotelroute" (Green Hotel Route). Then take the immediate left into the Berswordtstraße.
By train
A taxi only takes 10 minutes from the Main Railway Station. If you would like to take the tram, take the number U47 towards Dortmund-Aplerbeck until Kampstraße. From Kampstraße change to the U42 towards Hombruch until the "Kreuzstraße”. From the “Kreuzstraße” you have to turn right and follow the “Lindemannstraße” for about 5 minutes. In the end you have to turn right into the “Berswordtstraße”.
By plane
The hotel is only a quarter an hour from Dortmund Airport. A taxi will take you to the hotel in about 15 minutes.
