Our Hemingway Bar is extremely popular, with its English décor and over 65 different rum specialities from 37 countries. From Wednesday to Saturday, we provide piano-live-music from 9:00 p.m. onwards.

Creative cooking takes a new approach: exceptional, uncomplicated, clear – the Gourmet Restaurant Aubergine combines extraordinary food creations and excellent service for an unforgettable experience. Dishes are created in the Gourmet Restaurant Aubergine to wake up and arouse the five senses.
Our gourmet restaurant Aubergine is open Tuesday through Saturday from 6:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. (warm cuisine until 10:00 p.m.), as well as on all Bavarian holidays.
Restaurant Oliv’s
The Restaurant Oliv’s combines the tradition and modern ambience. For an exclusive dinner in a modern design our Restaurant Oliv’s is the right place to be. Enjoy old classics and Bavarian specialities, based on exquisite regional ingredients.
The opening hours of our Restaurant Oliv’s are daily from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. until 11.00 p.m. (warm meals served until 10:00 p.m.).
Hemningway Bar
The Hemingway Bar portrays itself as a classic hotel bar in English garment. We serve international cocktails and snacks as well as a unique selection of rum. Enjoy regional drinks and 65 different rum specialities from 37 countries. Wednesday to Saturday you can start your evening here with impressive piano live music in a relaxed atmosphere.
