Claridge’s Restaurant is one of the main references in Buenos Aires gastronomy, Designed by the prestigious architect, Arthur Dubourg, the Claridge has become the icon of the city of the Tango. Built by the Rosarios brothers, Felipe and Ottocar after the Second World War, one of the periods of greatest prosperity for the Argentine capital.
